The group is located in Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong Selangor with total land area of 26,179 sq meters for its current activities. In addition, the Group also has a piece of freehold agricultural land approximately 7,714 sq meters, which is expected to be duly converted into industrial land for the purpose constracting a factory for WZSB' manufacturing Cold Drawn Bright Steel Polished Shaft & other steel products.

WZSB focused on its manufacturing division by increasing its production machinery for the manufacturing division since 1996 and began research and development (“R & D”) into the production of superior quality and high precision cold drawn bright steel shafts.

With its efficient workers, the group recorded a combined production capacity of 1,800 tonnes to 2,100 tonnes cold drawn bars per month and 1,200 tonnes to 1,500 tonnes cold drawn wires per month.
